Glorinferosian
Elevator pitch of the (SPECIES). Two easily-readable paragraphs, tops. Concise is fine.
The goals of a species article are to make it easy for players to understand what your species is, how they fit into the roleplay, and how to make a member of the species if they so desire. To be successful, your article will need to strike a balance between being short enough to be easy to read, while having enough detail to allow someone making a character to have all the information they need.
If you can find a way to re-phrase something long into a single sentence without losing important details, you probably should. Clarity is key. :)

Evolution/Creation
Glorinferosians adapted to the high temperatures of their home planet Infernia, evolving an extreme resistance to high temperatures and a natural understanding of basic fire magic. Optional. How did the species come to be? You can leave the header as Evolution/Creation or pick just one.
History
Required. What events led the species to where they are today? A full history is not necessary, but please include enough to give players an idea of how their characters may have come into the universe.
Habitat and Population
Glorinferosians generally live in hot environments, it would be very rare to find one living in a cold area. Glorinferosians have spread out throughout the galaxy, however the greatest concentration of them can be found on their home planet Infernia in the kingdom of Glorinferosa. Required. What environments does this species live in? How many of this species are there? You can say something like 'common throughout the sector', 'rare outside of their home system', etc if you don't want to use numbers.
Biology
Glorinferosians are extremely resistant to high temperatures, to the point where they are capable of walking through fire or wading through lava without getting burnt. In turn, they are more vulnerable to cold temperatures and more susceptible to getting hypothermia. Glorinferosians generally consider “average” temperatures for other species to be cold, but not uncomfortably so. Required section. You can leave this intro space blank, if you'd like.
Anatomy and Physiology
The most prominent aspect of a Glorinferosian's body is their wings, having large butterfly or moth-like wings on their back. These wings are capable of changing color, and for butterfly types, glowing in the dark. They also have long tails, usually around 5 feet in length, covered in soft fur. They have 2 antennae coming out of the top of their heads approximately 1 foot tall. Required. Description of the layout of the species' body, how it works, general information about height, weight, etc.
Genetics
Optional. How do the genetics for this species work?
Life Cycle
Glorinferosians start out as eggs for a few months, before they hatch and enter the infant stage. Usually, only one egg is laid. Required. How is this species created? What's its gestation period? What is involved in child birth? What are the stages of its life? What is its lifespan and what impacts it? You only need to answer the relevant questions. Feel free to add more, if appropriate.
Diet
The most common part of a Glorinferosian's diet is blood, having fangs with which to drink it from their prey. The next most likely thing for them to eat is meat, usually raw, but they are capable of eating plants as well. However, blood is their primary food source, and can come from many different species, including other Glorinferosians.
Biological Variation
All Glorinferosians share a number of key traits, such as wings, antennae, claws, and long cat-like tails with fur. Certain major traits can differ; some Glorinferosians have moth wings, which are capable of folding up and can still change color, but cannot glow unlike Glorinferosians with butterfly type wings. About half of all Glorinferosians have an additional pair of chitinous insect limbs on their sides, while the other half lacks them. The most common eye color is red, but it can differ. Glorinferosians can have a variety of different skin colors, including human-like tones of skin and more vibrant skin colors. Some Glorinferosians have patches of fur on their bodies, usually around the neck, and in rare instances can have a full coat of fur. Moth type Glorinferosians are much more likely to have fur on parts of their body than butterfly types. Antennae styles can differ, the most common styles to see are tall antennae that curl forward in a spiral and feathery moth-like antennae. Antennae are usually around the same height. Optional. To what extent can one individual differ from another? Can include things like blood type, hair/eye/skin color, height and build, and so on.
Psychology
Required section. You can leave this intro space blank, if you'd like.
Motivation and Emotion
Required. What drives individuals in this species? What are their emotions like? Feel free to compare them to humans, since we're familiar with that. No need to explain what happy or sad is - just talk about what is specific to this species.
Sexuality and Love
What attracts members of this species to others? Who are they attracted to? Do they feel love and, if so, how is it different (or the same) as humans?
Culture
Required. You can leave this intro section blank, if you'd like. If you choose to not use the below sections in favor of a Nation's culture section, be sure to link it here.
Language
Optional. What is their language? If already covered in a Nation article, feel free to link and include a basic blurb here.
Naming
Glorinferosians have first names, but usually lack last names unless they were given to them by someone else. Adi, Adria, Trilis, Avi, and Myrienne are all examples of Glorinferosian names. Required. How do members of this species refer to each other? Examples are really important here, since people will use them to come up with their own names. If using a real world language or culture as a basis, maybe link to some name generators?
The Arts
Optional. If already covered in a Nation article, feel free to link and include a basic blurb here.
Attire
Optional. How do members of this species prefer to dress?
Religion
Optional. If already covered in a Nation article, feel free to link and include a basic blurb here.
Philosophy
Optional. If already covered in a Nation article, feel free to link and include a basic blurb here.
Society
Required section. You can leave this space blank, if you'd like.
Kinship
Required. How do members of this species group and form relationships? Do they have families?
Government and Politics
Optional. How do members of this species organize themselves into lasting, coherent groups? What are their values and how do they decide who, if anyone, is in charge?
Conflict
Glorinferosians are not necessarily inherently aggressive, however, they are known to be very easy to tempt into drinking blood, to the point where they may attempt to drink it from someone else without permission. Required. Is this species violent? Do they war amongst themselves or with others? Do they harm each other?
