The Mining Guild is a laborer and mercantile hybrid business with origins in the New Dusk Conclave in Second year of NDC's founding. Their business purpose is mining, from digging into the ground, and the asteroids to mining ice to get water. As long as their mining techniques are used, they will do it. It is a civilian organization run by twin girls, Astrid and Aeta Kurosaki.

The Mining_Guild is an industrial merchant based Guild formed in the NDC, in 02 HEF. Ever since they gained legitimacy thanks to Nyx Pine who was able to smooth things over with the bureaucracy. This allowed them to aid the fledgling nation in gathering materials thanks to specially trained industrial workers. Brave men, woman, and Synthetis willing to risk their lives should a mine collapse, or should their ANT Power Armor fail.

Ever since its founding the mining guild has produced an abundance of metal ore, which was refined true metals, and gem stones, which the other corporations make into jewelry. They would prove to the Archdukes, and the government what a benefit they had, thanks in part to cutting costs of imports from other nations and governments that neighbored the NDC.

As the year past, they were rewarded with assets such as shipyards to produce ships, and trained engineers produce their tools, allowing them to lower the costs themselves. At the end of the Founding year, they were finally rewarded with charter rites to a system called Secunda_Major and used new upgrades to their ANT power armor to create a new home for themselves, especially since travel to the system took a long time. The Mining Guild was also rewarded when their experiment created Planet Prazoa and ended up with a rogue planet for their system and a moon

The Facilities of the Mining Guild are largely the shards:ndc:mining_guild:mining_operations|mines themselves, but there are locations near the entrance and random tunnels that have bathroom facilities, as well as a mess hall filled with food and water for the Miners to consume as well as places to purchase drinks for later use.

Some facilities are the shards:ndc:mining_guild:starships:mobile_refinery|Refineries to process their ore to metals and their gem ore to gems, and they have Their Industrial shuttle to also carry their water concerns. As of [timeline] they have engineering facilities for their tech needs, and their engineering corps to build it.

The Mining Guild produces a vast quantity of refined metals and gemstones for a variety of future creations, whether that be Starships, buildings for cities, or vehicles. But this production isn’t quite limited to those, thanks to a periodical partnership with the Department of Engineering, they can also produce technology for their own use, and the rest of the New Dusk Conclave.
