The newly settled but as-of-yet unconquered homeworld of the Remnant Conglomerate that resides within the Ereshkigal Solar System . Ereshkigal is a world of dark soil and waters that soak up the scarce light of their sun to the point that their days are as dark as most worlds nights and their nights are a terrifying pitch-black.

Ereshkigals history is young and unfilled. Before the arrival of the Conglomerates colony ship, it was moderately untouched by man of any kind. There are signs of precursor outposts deep under its surface but are mostly undiscovered.

It was hinted ominously and without much context at by more than one member of The Board that the planet had been personally prepared for them by The Lady herself; But has yet to have been established how that would be possible or what the statement means.

Ereshkigal's surface is a dark grey so close to black it appears to be so from orbit. The world has been so shaded in darkness that both the flora and the exceptionally dangerous fauna have evolved dark pigmentation colors to not only help them camouflage but also absorb more heat from the sun.

The terrain is mostly normal and has a scattering of unique and natural biomes. Mountain ranges scatter the planet surface, rolling plains of dark grasses spread for miles without end, dark forests with trees as tall as skyscrapers dot the land and house untold horrors for predetors, and a few ocean masses of pitch-black waters pock its surface.

There is currently only one major settlement on the planet but more are planned when more colony ships are tracked down by its inhabitants.

• Frequent rains of black-water fall on the surface often enough that clothing should always be waterproof.
• Rolling Dark Storms occasionally happen where mile-high and several-mile deep collums of black fog roll across the land; Containing predators that live and travel inside the dark storms. The storms are long and terrifying in the sense that it becomes nearly impossible to see around you, there are distant or close sounds of the creatures that live inside of the storms and their echolocation, and the fog easily penetrates into buildings.
• Hyper-lethal predators and their territories are pock-marked around the surface of the planet.
• Ereshkigal has three, as of yet, unnamed or unexplored moons.
• While not impossible to cast, most types of magic are difficult to perform on Ereshkigal due to interference caused by a number of factors ranging from an oppressive planet-wide aura cast from an unidentifiable source, fluctuating ley-lines, and most common of all magical manifestations of malevolent spiritas disrupting natural flows of magical energies. Expect normal casting and non-static magics¹⁾ to be weaker or difficult to use.

Ereshkigal is a mighty and unstored wilderness of darkness and terrors. While it has currently not been explored beyond a massive calera of a valley, it still has notable locations.
