An ancient and loose organization of independent ships that is known by the general population of the galaxy as the most accessible method to hire a ship. Though the Guild will only take on jobs that are legal as described by the government of the system the job offer originates from.

The exact origins of the guild are unknown, the records of the early years having been lost or destroyed, but its current mission statement is to connect independent ships to prospective clients. Despite its loose structure, the Guild maintains a central bureaucracy with the responsibilities of networking between ships, ensuring that each member's financial obligations to the guild are met while they receive proper support, be it legal aid, repairs, or emergency assistance.

The guild maintains a large Starship, known as the FCGS Drifter, that is believed to be built from the remains of an ancient warship thought to be of precursor origin. Despite its age and patchwork of repairs the ship counties to travel around the Calliope Star Cluster and is considered a formidable foe in combat though it hasn’t seen any action in almost a hundred years according to Guild records.

The Guild’s facilities can be found all over known space, ranging from offices in local starports to mobile repair docks.
