Solara is the Capital city of the United Alliance of Neutral Systems. It is the seat in which the government policy is decided.

Solar City was originally constructed by the Precursors many, many years ago before they disappeared. Then nearly a hundred years ago the Zuphin discovered the structure and then had gained entry before taking a great many years to explore the whole place before finding their home in the Mega City. Later, as the Zuphin multiplied and grew, they discovered the Animalia (Anthros) and they accepted the invitation to join the UNS. The Animalians soon joined, and they filled the city too as the years passed. As time passed on and the Nation prospered and people were born, they hoped to fill the city, but understood that people might not want to live in the city definitely not one this sized,

The City of Solara is a massive construct nestled inside of a gas giant. On the Outside of the structure is covered in a 10,000 km cloud of gas that covers the entire surface. This also includes the city portion of the structure. The Gas itself is composed of materials that make up a breathable atmosphere. This gas is allowed to enter the domed city part via a special magic type of technology that allows the syphoning of the gas into the city.

The City rests on 15,000 massive disk shaped platforms, each about 2,500 kms allowing for 31.0685596118667 City Blocks each. These are attached to each other via plugs grates and other attachments giving a clear passage to walk to the other parts of the city.

The Commercial District is where business happens. Whether this “Business” is done in corporate meetings, where people buy items or sell. Out from the Residential District is a large area where there were shopping malls, stores, and restaurants. This area is the Market District, and outside of that is where the corporate towers are. The Commercial District Spans 2,500 kilometers in length and width and also in the Commercial District is the Night Club, The Blitz Cabana. This happens to be a very popular destination to go to.

The City uses a Global Hyperloop Network that allows for the quick transportation of both people, as well as items to where they are needed.

The Government District is the entire disk, that’s located at the “North Pole” of the Planet sized structure. It is also on a slightly elevated platform on the disk that brings the Governmental buildings on a level that’s higher than the other districts. Not even the Commercial district Skyscrapers are that tall.

The Buildings located here are the City hall, which is a massive domed building, that houses all he governmental departments that control the aspects of the United Alliance of Neutral Systems society. Also here is the representative of each of the systems. Kalis System has a representative but this is just someone that aids them by dealing with bureaucracy and things like that so that they don’t need to.

The Police Headquarters is where the Supreme Chief of the whole city Police force works. Everyone in the law enforcement career answers to them. Due to the time, it takes for biological beings to grow and be trained in the career, robots supplement the force.

The Military District is where the UNS Defense Force is headquartered. It's as big as the other districts with robots, Animalia (Anthros), Zuphin and others who have joined the military to defend the nation.

The Medical District is a massive area where all things Medical are located from clinics to hospitals. In terms of hospitals there are hospitals for the serious injuries and a hospital for diseases and illnesses.

The Industrial Section of the City is a large area, which almost rivals the other sections, because of its size. The Industrial District makes items from furniture to weapons for the Defense Force as well as ships. Power Armor is also created here, in addition to food for the public. There were multiple fabricators here for that purpose.

The Residential Districts are the places in the city where people live. Closer to the middle are Penthouses, where the wealthy live, and closer to them, are the Apartments, which number in the thousands, to cover the area. Hotels also cover the Residential areas. The Residential areas also had places for the wealthy. The corporate business owners, the influencers, people who have a lot of money, branch Heads. Their property is huge enough for mansions for huge pools; tennis courts any manner of activities. The servants such as Butlers and cleaning staff may live there on the property too.

The Academy District is a massive area where the buildings here were schools and other educational areas. The other nickname for this place is Academy Town due to its size. It’s close to the Residential areas so that students didn’t have to travel far to attend school.

The City uses an Ancient AI that is knowledgeable in all things since the disappearance. It uses this knowledge to advise the leadership and to provide warnings if need be.

There are various ways of communication that the City uses to allow a conversation to happen. They use a form of quantum communication to talk to the other systems and a form of radio to communicate with each other.

The System syphons air from the atmosphere, while also generating new air for continuous breathing needs. Fire emergencies are dealt with using technology similar to the other nations, as well as the other needs.

The Grand Wall of Solara City is composed of 50 million layers of Ultrite which is also most of the city’s structure.
