Kitsuko Mucia, Female Onikari Grand General of the NDC Army. Serves as the Right Hand of Archduke Jack Pine. Fought in the Last War of Hassani, and retired as a Major in the Royal Dusran Army at the War's end.

Born 60 years into The Last War of Hassani, joined the Royal Dursan Army as an officer after finished ROTC. Served as a field officer until war's end (20 years), reaching rank of Major. Opted for cyrosleep, but was found it was not safe for her, as she has the rare allergic reaction (referred as 'Freezer Burn') to the chemicals. Joined in the recovery operations since she could do so. Retrieved several cyrobays with survivors during the preparation of Exodus. During Exodus, was one of the officers who helped develop what would become NDC military doctrine built from the remaining national doctrines. Part of Establishment Teams, helping to secure the initial area on Sirris II for what would become the NDC's capiital settlement of Obisidan City. Many officers above her would eventually be recruited into the newly formed Knight Order, leaving her as one of the few remaining qualified military officers left to take up the mantle as head of the Army. After much debate, accepted the role as the Right Hand of the Duke. Has been serving in the position for the last 50 years
