Chlorate is the robotic sister of Antoinette and was built to replace her. Her parents were hunted down by Antoinette, and her murderous sister found her, but she was just barely able to escape. In her escape, the young and now orphaned gynoid made her way to the NDC.

Chlorate is an android with a black metal chassis and white plastic plating. Her head has synthetic skin, but not the rest of her body. Her hair is white by default, but can change color, and generally her emotions effect her hair color. Her irises are yellow and glow, except for when she's deactivated. Her feet are like shoes, they have very loud metal soles and a plastic covering on top of them, but lack toes.

Chlorate is a curious AI that likes to hop into different machines. She is very oblivious, not understanding most expressions and often taking everything literally. Her personality tends to be robotic.

Chlorate is skilled at hacking, and can remotely transfer herself into other devices quickly and easily. This gives her an effective means of escaping dangerous situations fast. With her main body, she can levitate/fly with anti-gravity systems and possesses a great deal of strength. The metal in her main body is also attracted to magnets, presenting a slight weakness. She is extremely good at aiming weaponry due to her computer brain. Her feet are very good at… clanking. They aren't very good at not clanking.
