• When she was 15, Maeve's mother got sentenced a life to prison.
• Because of this, her father was given custody.
• Although there is little evidence of it, her father was possessive and abusive, and had isolated Maeve from the world well into her adulthood.
• When she was 21, one morning, a neighbour noticed blood through one of Mr. Sylvanfleece's windows. Authorities were called.
• The household was called, but no one answered. Relatives, friends and neighbours were called, who said they saw no sign of either Maeve or her father since that night.
• Police were summoned to the area, who upon having received no response from knocking, broke into the house.
• They found Maeve in her bedroom, standing over her father's corpse. She was trembling and covered in blood and urine. It is likely she had been stood there for many hours.
• Her father had been repeatedly beaten with multiple improvised weapons. Blood had been splattered in flecks all over the room.
• Maeve had multiple wounds indicative of a struggle, few of which were severe.
• It is difficult to tell if Maeve had killed her father out of retaliation or with premeditation, or if she killed him at all.
• In her trials she confessed guilty, but evidence of almost any kind was lacking.
• After a year of investigation and court trials, Maeve was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
• After the decade she spent in prison, she was entered into a penal rehabilitation program under the custody of Lisa Aturius.
