A system of lawlessness, and Syndicate authority, as a den for those who operate outside the bounds of NDC law or society. This is their story, and the many illegal shenanigans they try to pull to get by, or make it big.

The GM for this plot is Jack Pine.

Gangsters, Slavers, Terrorist, Mafias, Smugglers, Black Market Dealers, and every other low-life out there. All have gathered to live and operate out of their own lawless oasis, and the Syndicate never rests, always balancing the powers at be with an iron fist and a grip on the local economies. An enforcer for the Syndicate, walks the marionette strings of his bosses' wishes to carry out the interests of the Syndicate.

Outside of his normal duties, he's begun to put together a team of those who've crossed the organization. They seem them as expandable problems, but Rey feels the team can become one of the best if given a chance to prove their worth, and therefore save their own lives.
