CHAOS is a cult of rouge AUGURs, primarily of the first and second generation hostile to all but their own, which serves as a collective of scientific minds banded together loosely in the cause of elevating humanity¹⁾ into the next step of evolution.

This is often met through invasive and unconsented human experimentation. The results can range from the creation of new AUGURs to horrible mutants once resembling the human form or worse. The AUGURs of CHAOS are unified in their shared objective but not in the method or direction in reaching it.

Located at the not hidden but practically unreachable lone_rock mining station located within the Ereshkigal Solar System. Lone rock is a small but not insubstantial asteroid with a width across of seven kilometers and a mass of 2.60×1015kg and is shaped roughly like a coffee bean being wider across than its vertical mass.

The former mining facility was abandoned shortly after being built and had leftover facilities for the processing and refining of materials, large storage areas for processed materials, and a ship cradle for docking vessels to load processed material.

After the abandonment of the facility when the parent body drifted towards the systems asteroid belt it was chosen by the rouge initiative as a good base of operations and planning had begun to take over and operate from its confines in secret in the future.

After taking over the facility limited construction has been performed toward significant housing, laboratories, foundries, and other facilities. The largest of which is called the 'Chamber' and is a strange and massive facility created to house only a single individual from which her power is amplified near limitlessly. Spending most days in seclusion within the chamber Scathach Kay uses her psychic senses to watch the entirety of the Ereshkigal Solar System and at time-specific points within it; Allowing Chaos to pick and choose endless windows of assault to infiltrate Babels space and abduct new test subjects, and offload the failed monstrosities in population centers as a smoke screen and collect further data from the resulting chaos.

A scientific cult that is hostile to all but their own, the AUGURs of CHAOS believe in the purpose of engineered human evolution; PRimarily in the direction of enhancing all of Babel and its people into AUGURs and beyond.

A typical member of CHAOS is one amongst several castes ranging from the founding AUGURs of the first and second generation who lead the organization and primarily conduct human or other experimentation, abducted and brainwashed youths of Babel artificially turned into Nu-AUGURs; Augurs without the trauma of the first generation, but without the versatility of the second they have only the powers of Telekinesis and enhanced processing but are conditioned to be zealously loyal to CHAOS and its goals, and finally the abducted and brainwashed 'Human' elements of CHAOS; Being primarily marines of BAMF, its navy, the colonial guard, etc. And are treated like disposable fodder soldiers to fulfill the objectives of the organization and are often frequently replaced.
