The BAMF-SC50 class corvette is the first class of warship fielded by the Remnant Conglomerate's Babel Armed Military Force - 'BAMF' and was also the first class of ground-to-void capable craft ever created at the planetary Atlas Shipyards. The SC50 is lightly and armored due to its class but its small size and relative speed make it ideal for screening, escorting, and scouting.

Originally built without FTL capabilities due to lacking the necessary technology, the SC50 remains as a system-restricted warship. A newer, more modern variant of the SC50 with FTL capabilities was constructed shortly after in 3500-GC in the form of the Black Garden class of Corvette.

The SC50 is rather lightly armed due to its class and size but is hardly unarmed. A large 205mm Mass driver makes up its primary armament, four lighter 105mm autocannons act as secondaries and fighter defense. Besides that two light anti-ship torpedo tubes spot its flanks and four rapid-launch short-range missile racks with FLIR targetting missiles meant to target enemy engines and thrusters give it utility in crippling or chasing down ships.
