To make a new character, just edit the url to be https://wiki.projectmultiverse.net/doku.php?id=characters:NATION_NAMESPACE:YOUR_CHARACTER_NAME_HERE. Edit that page and fill in the template- then you're good! Including the Nation's namespace will let us build lists of characters for each nation automatically, which is good!
