Alpha Mike Bravo, or as a civilian might call it, the Arusi [[shards:ndc:dapg]] Moon Base is a base located on the moon of the Planet [[locations:planet:prazoa|Prazoa]], [[moon:arusi]]. Later on, a special project was permitted to have a section there close to the base so that the Guard can also protect it if need be.

After the creation of the planet Prazoa, three years had passed since the formation of the Mining Guild, which led to the discovery of [[locations:secunda_major|Secunda Major]]. This discovery necessitated the defense of Secunda Major from the rogue planet now named Pele. The gravitational forces involved in defending Prazoa led to the creation of a new moon from both planets, now known as Arusi.

The Secundan government, which governs the System Secunda Major encompassing both planets, decided to designate the land on Prazoa for cities, settlements, and farming, explicitly prohibiting the establishment of military bases on the planet. Instead, the military presence was concentrated on Arusi, where a formidable base was constructed. This base was designed to house the [[shards:ndc:rn|Duskerian Royal Navy]], the [[shards:ndc:dapg|Duskerian Auxiliary Patrol Garrisons]], and the [[shards:ndc:legion|Duskerian Legion]]. To ensure a livable environment, the base was enclosed within a protective dome that maintained an atmosphere with breathable air.

The structures within the base were built to be near-replicas of all Duskerian military bases, allowing the military to settle in efficiently and maintain operational consistency. This strategic placement aimed to provide robust protection for the entire Secunda Major system.

In close proximity to the military base, a scientific exploration project named Syuen was established. The presence of the military nearby was intended to ensure the safety of this project.
