 It is mandated by law that all citizens must in some way participate in civil educational classes in their preparatory, primary, secondary and tertiary schooling. This may range in a various ways however it is mandatory that all students attending tertiary schooling must also be inducted into the ROTC(Reserve Officer Training Course), with all those who obtain anything higher then a Bachelor's Degree or Undergrad the ranks of Captain to Lt.
