Fiona'Riisa

Born on one of Hauliin's five habitable moons Fiona was one among many siblings. With little direction in life and the disposition of a jokester she struggled in school at first as she found it rather boring and too strict. It wasn't until her teens that she hit her stride as she began to develop a love of math and science. Coupled along side an interest in the stars she soon found herself pursuing a career in aeronautics. However she didn't want to build spacecraft she wanted to pilot them. Following this dream she studied hard and after becoming an adult following her graduation she got accepted into a government program for the training of pilots and other space crew. However it wouldn't be until the age of twenty-one that she got her pilot's certification and not until twenty-five that she finally got a job as the pilot of a space mission.

Flying several missions over the years she found the work to be a little disappointing, most of the missions were the installation of new satellites, or running cargo to and from the asteroids. However at the age of thirty she was chosen to spearhead one of the first manned deep space missions ever approved by the Council…

Fiona stands slightly above average for a Silyph and her coloration is a dark gray with her toxin coloration being an almost bright ultraviolet. This is contrasted with her almost pristine white hair and violet eyes. She has a toned body with visible musculature and little fat. Her tendrils however are simply dark black like the vast majority of Silyphs. Her face is often rather soft, with a slight smile for an expression and her hair is cut short into a bob.

Fiona is a rather jovial person, prone to making jokes and trying to lighten the mood. She can be serious when she needs to be but is in general not a strict person. Having often put her career before relationships she is still unbonded despite her age and has done little with dating. While this has generated some regret, it is easy for her to look at her achievements and put aside those regrets with pride.

• Firearms: Fiona is a competent user of a multitude of Silyph produced firearms. As a member of the government's space program she has had rudimentary military training which includes certification on several weapons platforms. While primarily taught due to archaism, it is believed to be a useful skill for those venturing into the asteroid belt to know. While rare, Silyph piracy is not unheard of.
• Self-defense: Like her training with various weapons platforms, Fiona was given rudimentary training in physical self defense techniques. While taught to find anything to attack with is a priority over one's hands and feet, she is competent is using such things to fight back.
• Navigational Math: Fiona is quite competent when it comes to plotting courses, determining distances, and calculating the geometry of unknown objects. Likewise she is proficient in trigonometry as well. Having served as a navigator before taking the reigns as a pilot and then captain, she has several years of experience in the field.
• Psykana: Fiona is possessed of the ability for retrocognition and psychometry. Though her retrocognition isn't the best by a large margin she is competent when it comes to separating past from present. However she is rather proficient when it comes to psychometry.
