Scathach Kay, also known as Heirophant, Kay the Fomorian, Dreamer or as the Siren of Ereshkigal is an Augur psychic specializing in perceptual abilities, telekinesis, and the shaping of matter at a near-molecular level.

She is one of the stable first generations of the AUGUR project and is one of the three founders of the fringe radical group CHAOS alongside La'gran Pink and submission and usage rules.
