As a moon, Arusi will have a Lunar month, these are primarily the [[moon:arusi_phases|Phases]] of the moon from Prazoa.

  * **First Quarter Moon**
  * **Waxing Gibbous Moon**
  * **Full Moon**
  * **Waning Gibbous Moon**
  * **Third Quarter Moon**
  * **Waning Crescent Moon**


=== New Moon ===
The New Moon phase is the first primary phase and like in most systems it occurs the moment the star and the moon are aligned, with the star and the planet the moon is in orbit of are with the star and the planet on opposite sides of the Moon. It can't be seen from the planet due to the dark side of the moon faces the planet at that point. However, if the new moon is close to the lunar nodes of its path, it can cause a Solar Eclipse. 
((The greatest difference between high and low tide, also known as spring tides, takes place around New Moon and Full Moon.))
=== Waxing Crescent Moon ===
The Waxing Crescent phase is where a thin sliver of the Moon becomes visible after the New Moon. It is the beginning of the first intermediate phase, the Waxing Crescent Moon. The rest of the moon in question is sometimes faintly visible during this phase because the planet in this case Prazoa also reflects sunlight onto the Moon.
((In the past, this used to be called New Moon while the darkest phase was called Dark Moon. This traditional definition of New Moon is still in use in some cultures, defining the beginning of the months, for instance in the Islamic calendar.))((This phenomenon is called Earthshine or Da Vinci glow, and it is most noticeable in April and May.))
=== First Quarter Moon ===
First Quarter Moon is the second primary phase. It is the moment that the moon has reached its first quarter of an orbit. Another name for this phase is called the Half Moon as 50 percent of the surface is light up by the star. Depending on the location on Prazoa will factor whether the left or right side is half illuminated. 
((The smallest difference between high and low tide, also known as neap tides, occurs around the 2 Quarter Moons.))
=== Waxing Gibbous Moon ===
The second intermediate phase, the Waxing Gibbous Moon, lasts until the next primary phase. Waxing means that it is getting bigger. Gibbous refers to the shape, which is larger than the semicircle shape of the Moon at First Quarter, but smaller than a full circle.
=== Full Moon ===
The full Moon is the brightest phase. It appears in the night sky when the Star and the Moon are aligned on opposite sides of Prazoa. === Waning Gibbous Moon ===
The next intermediate Moon phase is the Waning Gibbous Moon. The portion of the visible half of the Moon illuminated decreases during this period.
=== Third Quarter Moon ===
Third Quarter Moon is the last primary phase. It occurs occurs the moment the opposite half of the Moon is illuminated compared to the First Quarter Moon.
=== Waning Crescent Moon ===
The Star illuminates less than half of the visible part of the Moon during the Waning Crescent Moon phase and you can sometimes see planetary shine on the rest of the Moon towards the end.
=== Super moon === 
Super Moon occurs when the Full or New Moon is on its closest approach to the planet. This is called Super Moon due to the size in appearance. If it’s a Full moon, then it is called a super full moon, and if it’s a new moon then it’s a super new moon.
=== Micromoon ===
Micromoon unlike a Super moon is when a full or new moon is near its farthest point.

=== Moon Eclipse ===
An Eclipse unlike the name of the Island chain is an event where the moon passes through a planet's shadow, and momentarily stays there causing a moment of the night. ((It is recommended not to look directly at it)
