===== History =====

Lilwen is the daughter of Lleucu Dee-Ellis (pronounced "HL-AY-KEY"). Lleucu is a highly respected; albeit obscure witch, that survived her duties. This allowed her to train Lilwen from a young age herself. Lilwen received intensive training for hand-to-hand combat, a huge range of cognitive skills (such as abstraction, critical-thinking, visual calculus, and lateral-thinking), and general knowledge. Although her combat prowess and cognition still remain strong to this day, she did not retain much general knowledge from her training.

In her early young adult years, Lilwen became addicted to alcohol and had a falling out with her larger family. The severity of this falling out is not known, but it likely further enabled her alcoholism. It may also have motivated or otherwise contributed to her apparent poverty. Post-falling-out, Lilwen had become known simply as "Tatts" by citizens of Braeroch, due to her eye-catching appearance.

===== Appearance =====

Lilwen has pale, freckled skin with shoulder-length, coiling, messy, ginger hair and light grey eyes. She is muscular and well-built. The nickname "Tatts" comes from the tattoos which riddle her entire body. They take the form of psalms, poems, and other texts in some ancient, cryptic language. These texts are often accompanied by floral and other patterns which frame them and give them emphasis. Although perhaps unnoticeable to an untrained eye, Lilwen's tattoos are all hand-tapped. 

She has a very noticeable accent, which is most similar to a broad Australian accent in the real world. 

===== Personality =====

Eccentric, fun-loving, although a bit doltish. Ms. Dee-Ellis has a loud personality and tends to draw a lot of attention by simply being present. She can be quick to criticize or praise others, but is surprisingly modest about herself, despite her usually brassy and shameless attitude. Lilwen has poor impulse control, and is prone to getting in fights. She also has a spontaneity that can be hard to predict.
