===== Overview =====
The [[unaligned_nation:gatekeepers]] have spoken; The maintenance cycle has been completed after nearly a century of maintenance and repairs and the third age; The //Epoch of Recrudescence// has begun. All over the Calliope Star Cluster, once inactive or unfound gates have come to life and are detected by all the space-faring [[shards:start|nations]] of the cluster as they burn brighter on any sensors than the stars themselves! 

The mysterious Gatekeepers make contact with all who approach their constructs and speak through means beyond simple magic or technology. They offer passage to those who seek it, but for a price. Raw materials, precious metals, weapons, ships, armor, biomass, magical devices, hard currency, information; All is traded for the gatekeepers //credits// that can be spent on not only passage through the gates but as the currency of the [[entity:precursors]] themselves is the most valuable currency imaginable for any nation or entity seeking the tech and history of the precursors and whatever other services might still be out there such as their gatekeepers.
