====== BTS-70 'Medusa' ======

The BTS-70 is a light cavalry mech fielded by [[nation:bts:bamf|]] [[nation:bts:bamf:cavalry|]] and was designed in [[universe:calendar|CG]]-3460 on the //old world// by BTS. The mech fills the role of a light cavalry raider and as of GC-3500 it is still seeing use by BAMF.

===== Weapons and Systems =====

The BTS-70 has three main weapons. Built into the side of the fuselage is a quad 40mm mass driver capable of tearing apart light vehicles and emplacements, in the center nose of the fuselage is a 30mm Rotary chaingun with a verticle firing access, and on top of the mech sits a built in ATGM brace with twelve 105mm guided anti-tank missiles making it a dangerous anti-vehicle platform for its weight.

For armor, the BTS-70 has a mix-match of mostly reinforced titanium plate on its legs, and chassis, and a cockpit that can withstand ballistic force and shrapnel up to direct 20mm rounds. 

The BTS-70 can travel at a sprint up to 55mph and has a generous turn radius and hill-climb ability. It houses a single knight for a pilot.
