**Personality**

Much like Codra, he’s strict when it comes to the rules, and he won’t allow any shenanigans to happen while those under him are in the mines.  He tends to have a personality like he has something up his rear.  This is because he has to be careful so that his Miners aren’t injured, though he’s amused when off duty. After all, his companion Codra is the queen of pranks, and sometimes he participates as her sidekick.  
===== History & Relationships =====
Once Codra learned how to fix machines, and later built a new one, Unit 1 came into existence. Overtime she improved on his processer allowing him to gain sentience and he was her lifelong friend and companion. This gaining of self-awareness allowed him to see that he was in love with her, but the fact that he was a machine meant that he couldn’t show a public display of affection no matter how much he wanted to. It was his idea for them to leave by hatching a terminal and getting them tickets.

They first went to The United Alliance of Neutral systems, where Unit 1 got a new body, with upgrades, before finding their way to Osman. Unfortunately, trouble there meant they had to leave with the others to Sanctuary where the [[shards:ndc:]] had been formed and they discovered  that AI were treated as citizens which meant they could show as much affection as they wanted.  He joined Codra in the Mining guild where his efficient mind and safety guidelines allowed him to be promoted to [[corp:mining_guild:company_operations|Overseers]] Codra soon joined him as an Overseer, but they had to separate, as rules dictated only one per mine.  But they could see each other at the end of work and the communications system they had allowed them to talk to each other.
