While this is so, it is acceptable for the UNS to have a fleet of ships and a navy of its own. They are capable of doing damage to other ships and destroy them if need be. If you want to make ships for the navy that would be acceptable, but I won't be accepting ships that are weaker than the other nations. I also won't be accepting military pages that is a clear attempt at holding the UNS back.

 === Moving ===
 I wanted to add this here, just in case. If for whatever reason, you have a character from another nation, and you decided you want them to move to the UNS. These characters have ships of their own and weapons they might have purchased or bought. I have not spoken to the other leaders, but it will be fine with me if you still want them to use that technology. Keep in mind, they won't be used in war unless it is to defend themselves.
