+The //Pychowatch// is a normal device resembling a common analog wrist watch but serves the function of when attuned to an AUGUR can be channeled passively both a psychics latent static manipulation and perceptual powers to channel into a holographic display and works as a kind of life-signs detector slightly less powerful than actively sensing their surrounding but useful when attention is divided elsewhere. It can be enhanced by a psychic actively by funneling psychic energy into it and acts as a weaker and less-efficient version of what some bloodhound-oriented AUGURs are capable of but without requiring the skillset.
+The pychowatch can show the locations usually in the form of a colored dot but without actively enhancing it is unreliable as to determining more than the mood/intent of the scanned individual and can read false-positives of friendlies as red enemy dots if it reads their powerful emotions such as a soldiers passion or anger in combat reading the hostile intent and vice versa with a potential enemy not overtly hostile showing as a friendly blue-dot.
